Greg Otte, President
Mr. Otte has been a Corporate Executive for more than 28 years. The past 16 years have been in the Law Enforcement simulation field. As an Executive, Mr. Otte has lead companies through growth and profitability wherever he has been. Mr. Otte has been an innovator in creating new approaches to partnerships between companies and the customers that they serve by creating a culture where top quality products are met with unparalleled customer service and support. Todd Brown, VP
Mr. Brown has over 15 years of experience instructing federal, state and municipal law enforcement agencies in simulated environments as well as in live fire environments both at the officer/agent level and at the instructor level. He holds Instructor certifications for Firearm, Defensive Tactics, OC (Chemical Agents), Baton, and is a Master TASER Instructor. He has also trained agencies in Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mexico, Ecuador, Brazil, Canada, the Middle East and several agencies in Europe. He has been on the development teams for several simulation systems including the Training Lab™ Use of Force Simulation System. He has authored articles in national publications and has lectured at numerous conferences on several training related topics including effective simulation based training and instructor development; both nationally and internationally. He is a member of several professional organizations (ILEETA, etc.). |
Joe Mason, VP

Kila Otte, Manager
Kila has been in the law enforcement training arena for the past 18 years. She has extensive experience from years working for a Sheriff’s Dept. and then Lead Firearms and Defensive Tactics Instructor for NFCC Criminal Justice Academy. She was a key member of the FDLE curriculum writing and design team for High Liability Topics. She has been involved in simulation design and sales since 2000, and played a valuable role in raising the bar for true training programs using simulation technology. Kila has vast experience selling and servicing Federal, State and local municipalities. |

Ti Training welcomes it’s newest member, Vince Greiner. Vince is one of the most recognized and respected individuals in the interactive simulation training field spending the last 16 years of his professional career at Firearms Training Systems (FATS) and Meggitt Training Systems. Vince will lead our Military division inside of the US and direct all International sales programs for Ti Training worldwide |

Virgil Moses, Logistics Manager 
With Ti Training’s continued growth domestic and internationally, we welcome Virgil to our team. Virgil brings 22 years of combined service and logistic operations management to the TI Training table. He has extensive experience with administration, purchasing, inventory control/warehousing in OEM commercial and medical contract manufacturing. He has been recognized for going above and beyond in logistics service to commercial and government agencies.
